We found cockroaches in our drink. When we called they wouldn't even apologize. They offered a refund but only if we bagged everything back up and brought it back. Like they think we are eating this food? Absolutely not, this place is gross. We won't be coming back. No Stars

The elote desgranado was delicious but for $4.50 for a middium size one it left me wanting for more. Also they should spend a little money on thier building and signs. It looks rundown but the food is good. Next time I'll just go for the elote mejicano that's $1.50 and I belive it will satisfy the craving just the same as this one.Aug 2021:Building has been repainted, they tried with the gravel and it seems they changed the sizes for the better.

Most of the time i get good service and the raspas are pretty good. I had stopped buying because the raspas had tasted horrible the previous times that i had stopped by. But i recently started going back they seemed to have improved.

I give them no stars they were rude and did not understand English was send to an other location and asked for a mangonada and received crushed ice with cut mango.NO,NO,NO! And the other location the lady also did not speak English.
I would give it a 5 star if they had better customer service and if they would put more cheese on the snacks other than tht snacks r yummy

somehow this location always seems to disappoint. Every time im craving a corn in the cup they always ruin it. Tonight the corn was drowning in mayonnaise, literally could not see the corn, didnt taste anything other than the mayonnaise. So it was not eaten and was thrown to the trash. I also bought a raspa and it had a HUGE block of ice, barely any shaved ice and no flavor. There goes money down the drain.
