Oct 31, 2024 CAUTION: God says, "To those who are full even what is sweet tastes bitter, AND to those who are hungry even what is bitter taste sweet". I ate Luby's food because I was hungry. I really wasn't expecting poor quality cooking. Unfortunately only the mash-potatoes were good. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT !!! The breaded fish was too harsh and irritating in the mouth. It didn't occur to me to ask for milk to soften it !!!.

Homemade food, somewhat healthy... The best thing there is roast beef, there isn't always any, and sometimes it lacks a little care and they take it out raw, asking to put it on the grill loses the charm of the flavor of the dish. The salads decreased the portion

This place has cut menu offerings drastically and has raised prices to the moon and beyond! 3pm and there were no more baked potatoes and the servers informed no more for the rest of the day... with 5hrs to closing time! Very expensive food, expect to pay between $25 and $35 for one person. And the tip is by force, at the checkout they ask you if you have cash to leave your own. Tipping is earned with excellent service, it is not required.
If you are in a hurry but have enough time to enjoy your food, it is a good place because of the variety and you can choose to your taste and style. Good service, delicious and fresh food. Highly recommended

Excellent food and excellent service. There are other places where the food is good. Unfortunately, the service of the employees leaves a lot to be desired and here it is very different. The atmosphere is very good and the waiters are very friendly. You pay just enough for the service you are given. They have everything up to dessert and salads and you are very happy there, unlike in other places where they don't know how to provide good service.

Ive been going to lubys since i was a little boy with my grandparents, and till this day i love it but, i wish you guys would add elevator music back its soothing while you eat and adds more elegance to restaurant... hope you vuys think about it...
