Customer service has been bad recently. Employees are rude , making comments on how we go buy 10 minutes before closing because they want to leave early. This has been more than once. In one ocasión they swept and mopped around my family, again making comments on how people always go last minute. Reason why I don’t go as often anymore. Management needs to be more attentive to these types of employees. Unacceptable!

Ice cream is good. They needed to be swept. Customer service was good. One thing I didn't like ...one of the girls serving us did our cone with her bare hands. They need to use paper towels or gloves when taking or handling the waffle cones. Overall it was good .

Went around 8:00pm they close at 9:00 and the girl making the ice cream was very rude , not one single smile and rude looks not only to us but to other customers as well. Very bad attitude from her part which makes me not want to come back:/

Nice and quiet atmosphere to enjoy an ice cream treat. Tried out their new summer ice cream - summer swirl. It has a sweet but not too sweet taste. Mixed it with oreo bits and white chocolate chips.
Great portion given.
My ice cream was melting pretty fast, though. It was a hot day when I stopped by for it.

went to eat with my family. a man took my order i think his name was Ruben. he was so attentive and a great server. definitely recommend sweet cream, sprinkles, cone pieces
Was in line for close to 20 minutes while 2 employees tended to one customer (third one was making the cones)....as soon as I left the young man that avoided me for this time immediately tended to the next customer in line......can't say much for the product since I was not sold anything......extremely disappointed.....will not come back to this location.....
