Was in line for close to 20 minutes while 2 employees tended to one customer (third one was making the cones)....as soon as I left the young man that avoided me for this time immediately tended to the next customer in line......can't say much for the product since I was not sold anything......extremely disappointed.....will not come back to this location.....

Only because I need to give it a star to comment. This place is always lacking. Never have all the flavors available. So sad!!!!! You're better off at HEB with blue bell ice cream. Sure, it's not marble slab but, at least you know the flavor you want will likely be there. Don't waste your time

Little to no ice cream options and everything is broken. McDonald’s would be a safer option compared to this specific location. Very depressing atmosphere never experienced this in any other marble slab ever

Good service, but before I even left the store my ice cream was melting and I had literally just paid for it. I will more than like not go to this location again. I know ice cream melts but it doesn't melt as fast the one I got did.
My little posse and I arrived about twenty minutes before close a couple of weeks ago. The two gentlemen that attended to us provided excellent customer service. It'd been a difficult work day, and the ice cream and friendly services made our night. They were very polite and patient (it had only been my second time at a Marble Slab).As for the ice cream, I got Chocolate Swisa with M&Ms and Chocolate Chips - it was amazinggggg! ?Thank you!

Service is not always stellar here but we come for the ice cream. Rated one star because1. Son wanted a shake. But they were out of milk.2. Tried to order a cone. But they were out on cones.3. Ordered a peanut butter mixture ice cream. But they were out of peanut butter.4 The Marble slab where they do the mixing was out of order. So the mixings were just out on top of the ice cream.Now I understand things go wrong and run out in businesses. One or two things wrong is understandable. But all of the above? Plus who knows what else was out or not working.Please fix
