This spot needs more recognition. Very attentive and kind service. Good food at a great price. My only wish is to give the setting a little bit more love. Heavy recommend.

Waitress didnt understand or speak english. Menu is in english, ordered off menu and brought us wrong items. Told her that wasnt what we ordered and just argued that thats what i ordered instead of providing a solution. Hire competent servers!

The food was super fresh and tasty. 🤩✨ The crab salad and cucumber salad was really good too. Awesome portion size and this was $9.99 🤯 Don’t get that in the north side often
lol probably my new favorite spot for sushi on my side of town.

They have great service. Their vegetarian rolls are extremely flavorful and the price is agreeable for the plate they sell. I will definitely buy again in my next Laredo visit.

A Flavorful Experience at Fusion Sushi North – Leos Roll & Spicy Edamame

Fusion Sushi North in Laredo delivers a bold and satisfying experience with their Leos Roll and Spicy Edamame, both of which showcase the perfect balance of flavor, texture, and presentation.

The Leos Roll is an indulgent combination of tempura shrimp, eel, cream cheese, and avocado, topped with fresh salmon and served with a side of Tampico. Each bite delivers a contrast of crispy tempura, creamy avocado, and rich eel, all complemented by the smoky depth of salmon. The Tampico side adds a creamy and slightly spicy kick that enhances the roll’s complexity.

On the appetizer side, the Spicy Edamame is a must-try for spice lovers. Tossed in soy sauce and togarashi chili powder, the dish is bold, savory, and just the right amount of heat to wake up the palate. The umami-packed sauce coats the edamame beautifully, making it a flavorful and addictive starter.

Overall, Fusion Sushi North continues to impress with high-quality ingredients and an elevated take on classic sushi flavors. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just looking for a great spot to enjoy Japanese fusion cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit.

No greeting, no seating, no host, no nothing. Waited 15 mins and not a soul so much as popped their head out.

I tried the vegetable yakisoba, and while the flavor was decent, the dish seemed slightly overcooked. The portion size was generous, which was a plus. However, the service could use improvement—our waiter only refilled drinks when asked, despite the restaurant being nearly empty and not busy. Overall, the experience was average, with room for improvement in both food preparation and customer service.

Vegetarian options: Yasal tempura, edamame, vegetable egg rolls vegetable teppanyaki, vegetable yakisoba, vegetable fried rice, poblano soup, cucumber salad, seaweed salad, avocado salad, veggie roll, spicy green beans with vegetables,
