Service was super slow that we thought about leaving but looks like it was just our waiter. Ordered a red snapper and was overcooked and very dry. I asked for it to be cooked with garlic and red peppers and it tasted like if they cooked the fish by itself then just sprinkled the previously cooked crunchy garlic and peppers. It had no flavor. I’ve had the red snapper in the Shiloh location and was really good.
We were recently in Laredo for a couple of days and dined here on two occasions. I have to admit the drinks were the highlight of the meals. The seafood quality was uneven, depending upon what was ordered. A couple of the selections were quite good, but a couple more, less so (but still not bad). I will say the service was outstanding. The prices were quite reasonable.
