The worst McDonald's I ever been in and all the McDonald's I never heard such a thing that they don't give you creamers on your coffee they have to put the creamers themselves and not for the customers and the workers are very rude with bad tempers I really don't recommend this place βββππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ

Hands down the worst McDonald's in Laredo. You can be parked on the drive through order box and 10mins later someone finally says something. Constant incorrect orders, and bad attitude. How is management still in charge? Who knows. I rather drive further to another location to get better service.

I came around 4:20, and the service was horrible. We stood at the counter for like 15 minutes and all the employees just walked right passed us. Eventually a young man was told to help us, and his customer service skills were terrible. He hardly spoke to us and only talked to another employee, then he proceeded to forget to give us our drinks. When we finally got our food, the young lady basically threw the tray down without a word and walked away while we thanked her.
They really need a adult management they where really unprofessional childish atmosphere
Pretty bad customer service, You need to check your place is 8 o'clock pm and the employees having a bless ignoring the customers ,your place was very dirty tables ,floors I am not recommending the place .
We go to this McDonald's every morning BUT lately is been taking really long to get your order the employees and the manager act like nobody knows what they are doing its been happening almost every day somebody from the main office needs to check on this please.

I bought a sundae. And after the lady told me that their was no sundaes. So I told her that's fine. Will I be getting a refund and she acted surprised so she asks me to proceed to the third window and ive been sitting here in my car for 30 mins waiting for my refund.

I had a problem with my food during a busy morning, I called the store and spoke with Juan the manager⦠he was very courteous and professional. A few days later I went to the store to get my order replaced, once again I was met with professionalism and awesome customer service from Juan the manager. He made things right and my family and I had a great experience. Thank you sir we appreciate you! Trinity Roofing Solutions.
