I am a daily customer and usually night shift takes my order wrong all the time. I ask my double cheese burgers plain with cheese only and they Always see to get it wrong. I asked for my hot and spicy plain with mayo and cheese, and they got it wrong 2 times I gave up the 3rd time and just kept the food and didnt call. Because the lady who was first fighting me about the burgers being plain made me go all the way back for a whole new order all for it to be wrong again. So I didn’t go back anymore I just kept the order.

They took off the monopoly stickers. Even though the game says it ends 11/2 on the peels it says it could be redeemed by the 23rd. Cheating me out of a code. While they get to pocket the rest of the stickers. I have plenty peels that I have yet to Put on the app in my purse & I highly doubt they will know whether it was purchased today or any other day prior to Nov. 2nd. Stupid Manager was no help either.

They took more than 30 minutes to get one Coke and 2 Mc chickens. They told us to go to the side and wait for our order. We waited for half an hour to get our order but it never arrived. They finally brought us our order but they forgot the coke. They went back inside and took another 5 minutes.

The cokes taste bad and it's tasted bad every single time I go. I drank the Dr pepper and it tasted like concrete. I recommend the big red it taste the most same.
I ordered two orders of 20 piece bundle and plus a bag of ice which came up to $18.38. The lady wanted to recharge me for the ice and that was so wrong of her she kept arguing with me saying they hadn’t charged me the ice when I know in fact they did because I always order the same thing when I go.
