Terrible service from Perla, the cashier who is there in the afternoon took 15 minutes to give me an order through curbside, I had to go in for her and she still tells me that you ordered it wrong and no, I didn't order it wrong but it took so long that I had to go in for my order 😡

I went through the drive thru and they parked me for some Mcdoubles. Then the manager arrives and tells me he is stopping me, the line is moving further in front, I told him that I was not stopping him at all because my order was not correct. I was missing 2 Mcdoubles. He was very insolent. He was blaming me for his mistake. Then he told me to have a good day, very sarcastic. He made fun of me to my face.

Terrible service at any time. It takes more than 30 minutes and it's supposed to be fast food. It would take a while if they had customers but they have too many people who are just standing around, doing nothing and with few customers, that's why I don't understand why it takes so long. SO MUCH, it seems like they are just doing their hours

I ordered 72$ worth of food and all I received was half of what I ordered.. I spoke with Itzel on the phone and she was super rude and she hung up the phone on me like be so for real. Why are you gonna work in customer service and not know how to talk to customers might as well work with the police department or something. However the second girl who took my phone call was really helpful. I think her name was karina. Me and my group are still hungry and had to starve since we didnt get the rest.
Normally, I have good experiences here. Stopped by a few minutes ago… i’m trying to give the lady my debit card to swipe, since my window is jammed and won’t open. But she keeps jamming the card reader in front of me. I tried to swipe it, and it didn’t work. She looked at me to keep trying. I asked her, for her help as she sees me struggling. And she kept jamming the machine in front of me. I’m sorry but how rude and thoughtless. I’m the customer after all, a little obvious help would have been appreciated.

I went to McDonald's order the 5$ they didn't give my 3 mcdoubles with cheese went back to get them they made me wait 5 minutes got my mcdoubles they gave it with everything not even plain like I ask them ?

My experience from 1 to 10 is 4. I consider myself a frequent customer every day in the morning to go and get breakfast and an iced coffee, but since I get the coffee through the lla application, it has been 4 or 5 days that they deny me the Elado coffee why because they don't have ice and to my way of thinking is that they don't want to give me the coffee it's because with the application it costs 99 cents and well each to their own opinion but I wouldn't recommend this business at least this location I should say what they do not accept offers from the application
