Picked up a Doordash order 12/5 at 2:30 and woman kept insisting that there was no order on the system. Showed her the order and that doordash would reimburse the company even if the order wasn't on the tablet, she said that that's not how that works (clearly doesn't even know how her own system works) and she flipped me off and locked the window when I kept showing her that she had to give me the order. lol she probably wanted to eat the damn order đ€Łđ€Ł

I was waiting for my curbside order for about 30 minutes then when the employee got here she forgot my drinks. Not to mention our food was cold. I normally donât do reviews but this isnât the first time it happens. Do better please, I work in fast food too and it isnât that hard.

I order it thru the app for a faster pick up..yyeah no same thing, I know McDâs can be a little slow cauzs of limited 1 worker thru out the night, but man, 20mins to put it on delivery for just one order..& then to be the only vehicle in the drive thru to wait another 10mins?! Yâall had like 30-35mins to prepare 3 hotcakes lmao, crazy work, they should really be adding another worked or two.

The he she refused to give me my mobile order because he said they do not take mobile orders after 12 then why did the app let me place the order yet he can not give me what I paid for and made me order at the window making me pay once again then wasted my time telling he wasnât going to complete the transaction wasted 15 mins plus I will not get a refund from my mobile order till 7 daysâŠ

Its been 3 times i go too this location and get put in the parkong lot for 15-30 minutes for a single cheese burger and ever time i wait too the point too where i have too get out of my car and enter the building too ask about the order and i find it sitting on the side all cold and it gets handed too me and the employees walk off, it would be so much faster too drive too another mcdonalds 3 miles away too make a order there and return home. Never using the drive thru too this location again.

This one specifically, is the worst in town. Bad service, Iâd know, I worked there. Thereâs a leaderboard of all the McDonalds in kitchen for quality check, the one in mines is always at the bottom.
Food is stale. Which sucks cuz I love McDonaldâs.
Worst thing, I DoorDash a lot for extra cash. They can never fix their system during the night. Itâs been years, and so many orders go by their way and they can never do them. I always have to cancel their order. Iâm sure they just want another excuse to be lazy and do nothing. How hasnât this been fixed? How are they not annoyed by every dasher that comes by and have to explain âsystem is downâ⊠oh cuz theyâd rather do nothing than fix it. Yeah, I forgot.
Iâm sure the owner loves the fact his employees and even managers are so content with mediocrity. How has this been a problem for a year already and nothing ever gets fixed.
