This is more of a rant about this place. The people who work at any McDonalds kind of already don’t care. I’d know, I worked there. About themselves or anything. This one specifically, is the worst in town. Bad service, I’d know, I worked there. There’s a leaderboard of all the McDonalds in kitchen for quality check, the one in mines is always at the bottom.
Food is stale. Which sucks cuz I love McDonald’s.
Worst thing, I DoorDash a lot for extra cash. They can never fix their system during the night. It’s been years, and so many orders go by their way and they can never do them. I always have to cancel their order. I’m sure they just want another excuse to be lazy and do nothing. How hasn’t this been fixed? How are they not annoyed by every dasher that comes by and have to explain “system is down”… oh cuz they’d rather do nothing than fix it. Yeah, I forgot.
I’m sure the owner loves the fact his employees and even managers are so content with mediocrity. How has this been a problem for a year already and nothing ever gets fixed.

I was ordering they got my order wrong I asked for a 10 piece meal and they said they don’t have that but they did I had to order again and I asked for a frozen Dr Pepper they gave me a frozen Powerade

Ordered at 9:45 Confused staff. Took over 15 minutes to get our food and it still wasn't ready, because the apple pies were still cooking. Plus what we ordered was horrible. And there was only 6 people in dining area, and drive through was slow. In the end it took 30 minutes to get our apple pie. Pretty sad. Additionally we stopped having breakfast in the morning at 7 am because they are short staffed the doors are locked and we have to ask the janitor if he will let in.

Ordered curbside and I waited for 20 minutes, and had to leave. They had a long line at drive-thru, and they prioritized that, and after the line died down did they tend to curbside. I had to leave, because the wait time was ridiculous for a curbside. Orders need to be done as they come in! They refused to give me a refund. Bad experience overall.

In disbelief I got a bitten patty. This is the second time this happens. The last time it was with nuggets! What is going on here? Do the employees need to snack on everyones food ??? Feb 25 2025 time on receipt 9:48pm.
