my experience at McDonald's was terrible due to a worker named Rudy. he was ignoring my order and took over 20 minutes just to make two medium frapes, it was to the point A young lady in White had to come and finish off the frapes. terrible service overall. and to mention there where no other orders.

This has to be the worst Mcds Ive ever been to, the closing team is unprofessional just talking and talking amongst themselves ignoring customers. These people definitely need training asap. It looks dirty because nobody cleans, you have to clean your own tables.

Place is dirty, drink dispenser is all stained, employees are unprofessional. They dont accept $20 bills since they dont have $1 bills. So if ur going take change!!! Makes u loose alot of time been waiting 20 mins til finally an employee notices us.

A quick advice to anyone coming here to eat idk why but all the food is always burnt it’s been a while I stop coming here cause of that and yet still I came and still the same like they don’t change the oils or they leave the meats a lot of time in the grill unless you like your food burnt you can come here other than that avoid this place until they change that problem

Worst mcdonald's i ever been too, I have gotten there earlier than all of the rest of the customers and ordered before. One by one they got their order and I only order a 10 piece meal and meanwhile everyone was getting bundles. I tried to speak up to a worker , "ma'am we been waiting here for a long time, is My meal done?" And the Manager came in My Convo and was very rude. She was yelling at me, she asked if I wanted a refund, very rude, and i toke it. She should be fired cause she doesn't deverse to be manager if she literally rude at her customers. Never going again unless she fired, one star.
My pattie looked burnt and they put PICKLES on my burger and i didnt even ask for PICKLES and the burger is so messy and the toy i got is gonna terrify little kids.

Ok so here it goes usually I go for this location for reason home is close by & has something other stores don't so it's great usually while there are few times that errors happen it is easily fixed however last night went to order on app coupon I specifically said bout an item told her straight she even replied but twist outs on other so went back to ask why or any could happen and instantly denies has attitude self claims to have do for costumers like what I had just got out of work this wasn't even for me it was a request by someone co-worker how cause she can't fix that blames it on me when I clearly said to her big Mac I ain't goin' to disrespect that employee still appreciate well alright you did but don't put up with some attitude or deny with her ignorance what I order when it is fact other guy has better manners & understandin' served greater perfection service than I asked for so for that girl she needs to step it up as for services.

They burn the patties and still serve it, same goes for the chicken nuggets their over fried it so it doesn't even taste good. Fries are good. They need to have better cooks

25 minutes to get my order. I don't think that's normal for 2 hot and spicys and a happy meal. I didn't get my order right even better. No chocolate milk for a happy meal and the custom burger was not even done ?

They have great customer service. The manager which I believe is the lady in white shirt, pays close attention to the customers and see if they get their orders on time. I'm very observant so that's what I saw yesterday that I went to get some food. I love the food and would sure go back again.
