The food is cold and the burger bun is very stale it’s hard as a rock. This isn’t the first time the food is terrible it happen before too. I’m never going back again unless they improved the food quality.

The customer service has gotten bad to worse, and to begin with she is a Manager. She needs to set an example to the employees. What happened to giving excellent service in drive thru. She was very rude in Asking taking my order. Y’all should do more often your mystery shopper routines again. To top it off them having the customers park on the side and wait more then 10 minutes for just one combo. McDonald’s you are better than this.

Horrible service took 30 minutes to get my order. Yet the people in back of me had left already with even more food than I had ordered. I got down and management was so rude and just gave me the food without saying anything. Came home and food tasted stale and couldn’t even eat it. Never coming again unless they make changes.

The staff and management are super rude we were waiting 30 mins for our order the whole time one female manager was being real over touchy with another employee. When I finally went up to ask about my order they got upset and snatched my receipt from my hand only reason why I didn’t say anything was because my children were really hungry but I won’t be coming here again

I do not like going to this McDonald’s. Doesn’t matter if you order in the line or pre-order on the app. You will always wait a very long time. Today after taking 15 minutes in a line with only 7 cars, i was asked to move to the side and had to wait an additional 5 minutes for small order of nuggets and a burger.
