Worst McDonald's in Laredo. Bad service, terrible food, and employees think they own the place. Will never come back. Corporate needs to check this restaurant out before these employees take it to the ground. All employees, including managers, are extremely rude. we where there for a good 45 minutes till our food came out our coffees where half way full and we where missing some items when speaking to the cashier he said he would take care of it we where also missing items he repeated back to us when ordering turns out he never put them in (its honestly also my fault i should have checked the receipt after ordering it ) so we had to re order somethings which took another 25 mins but i had askd about some hashbrowns which should have came included in my combo and he said he would get them .... i never got my hashbrowns , i noticed i wasnt the only unhappy customer today

Came to bring my son for an ice cream. He was happy. It was well served. Kids were having a party, and it made me think of when i was a kid and how those parties were the best parties!
