I tried to order the new bacon buffalo McCrispy chicken sandwich. I got a deluxe buffalo McCrispy sandwich with no bacon (or so I thought). I got a chicken tender. I did not even make it through half the sandwich before al chicken was gone and only lettuce and bread was left. Oh and a few pieces of tomato fell out of the sandwich of lettuce. The taste was good enough to bring it up from 1 star to 2 atleast.

Went only for coffee, but the service was a little slow since the business is swamped with customers. I was the first one in line from a bus load, and the two male workers took seven minutes to acknowledge me, then started helping us, in a stressed, but not unfriendly, manner.

Ordered a double fish....I hope it was fish..took couple bites and had a rubber like texture to it...threw it away...don't understand how these places get away serving crap food like this... hardly ever eat McDonald's...but now I'm done..

Look, i get it, busy highway, a lot of drivers coming in & out, luckily i wasn’t in a rush, so i didn’t mind the 10min-15min wait for just 2 cheeseburgers (plain), but i do know the majority of the customers are warehouse workers or are in the construction field, they sometimes barely get 30mins. As soon as i got there around 1pm, there was a MASSIVE waiting line, i would say about 7 people. One guy tho, he was leaning on the ‘pick up’ counter, i heard my order called up, & his order was too, what i didn’t know until he brought it up, he waited about 30-35mins, the cashier was super kind & respectful, we know it wasn’t her fault, i can’t point any finishers but i just heard her pointing out to the team about his order & others being backed up, so cheers to her for being that team player, as the manager, she was just loading up fries while being on the phone. I’m a nice guy, & i don’t like pointing fingers nor being ‘snitch’ but c’mon, you see it’s busy hour, your team is falling apart & backed up on orders.
This worker walked pass me 3 times without acknowledging me waiting to order.. I watched him… straight ignored me.. now was he playing the race card?? Blatantly ignored me.. I felt snubbed.. I’m a Black American and I’m tired of these people ( low wage) workers being this way .. mind you he’s Latino .. the nerve of him.. but as I’m looking I see they jump to attention for the white guy..#sickofthebias

There was a manager change a few weeks ago and now they dont give you the right food or items even if you tell them 30seconds before. They do not read instrucctions on mobile orders is a mess. Sorry but review on this went down

I went to this McDonald's 5/5/25 at 8pm and ordered food this is the only McDonald's that I have ever been to that non of the workers wear gloves that is disgusting I had 3 employees also touch my fries with out gloves and when I said something they acted clueless so I politely left with out making a scene and fed the food to my dog I'll never step foot in this McDonald's again you guys need better sanitation training
