Stopped for breakfast. Food was hot and fresh. The service however was lacking. I ordered from the kiosk and got the table tent. The lady did not bring the food to the table. No one else was in the store. The dining area has trash all over the tables and floors. Again it was not busy. The biggest issue is the lady working the front counter had a mamager/shift leader shirt on.

Went only for coffee, but the service was a little slow since the business is swamped with customers. I was the first one in line from a bus load, and the two male workers took seven minutes to acknowledge me, then started helping us, in a stressed, but not unfriendly, manner.

Usually a very comfortable place, it can be very busy at times but overall is good
Parking: Since it's located at a pilot travel center it has plenty of parking space either at the front of the restaurant or around it you can find a spot to park on
