Ordered two simple drinks, a smoothie and a strawberry shake. Lady who took my order seem uninterested, and didn't even tell us they had no strawberry flavor. I paid my order and got chocolate instead, even when I double asked if it was a strawberry shake before paying. The gentleman in cashier had no problem in changing the flavor but damn if you don't want to work don't clock in.

They don’t have ice cream products most of the time and don’t even bother letting you know. We were waiting for 10+ minutes for a caramel sundae and mcflurry just for them to tell us they don’t have ice cream.

It is quite dirty, the bathrooms and the tables are also dirty, they are not at all friendly, they almost always walk around with their face, it seems as if they were going to beg for alms and another thing, there are no salads or grilled chicken burgers.
Ordered chicken deluxe with onions and Extra cheese(2)slices. Paid for extras. Received my order with no cheese, no onions. Waited for a looooongggg time. Finally got my order, started to eat, saw that nothing is there that I ordered and Payed for, waited in line to tell them nicely that I was missing the the extras. They called manager, (took a while for her to respond) then she gives back my sandwich and tells me that it will come. I told her, now the sandwich and fries are already Cold!! Make me a new sandwich. She tells me NO!!! Her name Natalie. I ask for the refund to leave and go give my business elsewhere. She THROWS THE MONEY AT ME!!! In front of other customers. I told her I’ll be calling the corporate office with a complaint. She tells me sure, go ahead!!
STAY AWAY FROM THEIS PLACE!!!!!
I really hope I get an apology from the corporate office manager!
Note to White people, don’t come here!!! They don’t like white people here at the boarder McDonald’s!!!! That’s what I noticed white.
