I received a bun that had ketchup and mustard remains on the bun as the McDonald's employees wiped the excess off before wrapping it and offering it as acceptable food to eat. Disgusting.

The other day I went at 12:00am and it was closed, they only sold through the takeout window but I didn't have a car but I was hungry and had little money so I wanted a hamburger I spoke to them through the horn and they didn't answer me I went up to the window and The employee told me that if I didn't have a car she couldn't sell me anything, I talked to the manager and they took a while to give me what I ordered, a double chess burger and when I got home I realized that they didn't heat the bread so everything was cold to me. They gave it and the meat wasn't hot either, they just added katsup and a cucumber, they were missing the mustard and the onion. They did all of that on purpose because they didn't want to sell me just because I didn't have a car. That's an injustice.

As an ex McDonalds employee I understand the “rush” but having only 6 cars in your drive thru and parking all 6 and still getting their order wrong! BAD SERVICE! BAD MANAGEMENT! BAD FOOD (cold fries,nuggets, apple pies,and what should have been cold “small caramel frappe” was melting. ? hope they close this place down. Oh and I asked for a plains Sunday which the lady replied laughing and saying “ we don’t have ice cream right now” but when I was parked for 15min eating for my order they kept bringing me the wrong one and in one of those orders was a ice cream cone!?
