Waited 30 minutes for my food. Got in line at drive thru and they said they didn’t have my order 🤷🏼 and they want $15 hr please

One star is not even appropriate, waited in the driver thru 3 cars in my lane and the inside lane had 3 cars. Waited patiently for my turn go to the screen to order. They never asked us for our order nor did they hear us asking if they could help us. No one else was in the drive thru but us and then a car pulled up in the inside lane and and the McDonalds employee took their order and ignored us and didn’t bother taking our order. After the McDonald’s employee finished taking the other person order we decided to pull up to the window so they can take our order. Got to the window and asked for the manager immediately . Lady manager came to the window and took my order. After I placed my order I told her that I wouldn’t be moving from this window because I already waited in the driver thru screen behind me she said I have to pull up to the next window to get my order. I told her I was not moving I had been waiting a long time at the screen already. So then she left and brought this massive manager to the window and told me that they are refusing service for me here’s your money back. I said I’m sorry I’m not taking back my money, I want my food he then said here’s your money. I told him call the cops because I’m not moving through the drive thru till I get my food and I began to roll my window up while his 200 lb arm was sticking out the drive thru window. Cops got there, cops said they can refuse service.
Overall they didn’t want to hold up the line but kept their customer waiting in the driver thru….. it doesn’t make sense. Bad service overall when both Managers could have just handed me my food as the first window but they had to much pride. I’ll be calling corporate with this complaint. I know it’s fast food service and this is the service you get but hey I have plenty of time while they waited my time.

This is our go-to McDonald's, and the exceptional service here never disappoints. Yesterday, I placed an order for 50 McChicken sandwiches for pickup today, which Ana Garcia efficiently processed. When I realized I could have used my McDonald's app, Ana kindly refunded my payment. Despite a brief technical hiccup with my phone, Ana patiently completed the transaction. Today, when I arrived for pickup, my order was ready 15 minutes early, and to my delight, they even included an extra burger.
Kudos to Ana Garcia and the entire team for a seamless and delightful experience!
One more thing that caught my attention - while waiting, I noticed their bulletin board with a "We're Hiring" notice. I took pictures of the job flyers to share with others who might be interested in joining the team. It's great to see this McDonald's location investing in their community!

Clean location, food received as ordered, wasn't too busy so it came out quick. I have no complaints and would visit here again.
Parking: Could get awkward for parking if the drive thru is taking long. Smaller parking lot but it seemed manageable.

Went on Tuesday to order breakfast after 20 min they ask what was I waiting for I replied the order of my name they went to check it wasn’t there in the system but the kioska took the order and keeping telling me it not here they told came back when your bank said it completed I came back 2 day after and still couldn’t give me a refund or at least something to make it up as I was trying to figure out the manger has the audacity to laugh when saying your card doesn’t show up worse McDonald

I've been here for 45 minutes and asked the manager if they can clean the table and playroom area and he said yes and he never came I had to cleaned it by myself and it's not even busy
I ordered a spicy deluxe combo and the fries were hard as a rock

They make you move forward then they don’t even give you time to check your order the lobby is closed so you can’t even get down to let them know and when you call to let them know the order is wrong the line is just busy
All though I ordered differently than the regular sandwich is made, service was still fast!
