I’ve had multiple issues with this store. I have to wait 20 + minutes for my food and they always get it wrong. Especially, when I have to get down every employee sees you and NEVER ask if u been helped out you can be standing for 10 min and nothing they walk by and like if u are not there

Worst drive thru service! They had me waiting in the 3rd window for 15 minutes and when I asked an employee to check on my food he couldn’t find my order, I had to get down and request my food.

I went thru the drive thru. I asked for the strips I asked for hot mustard sauce and buffalo sauce. They charged me extra for the sauce. IT WASN’T IN THE BAG!!! I drove away made it home and no sauce. They didn’t have a lot of people It makes me mad!!

Took 30 minutes for me to get down and ask for my order was waiting on the number they send me and manager didn’t know what happened with my order then she said that their missing the cheeseburgers but waited another 10 minutes for them to give me my order. This un experienced girl a young one can’t be left alone people waiting for their orders on the lobby, and she can’t even look at you when you talk to her very unprofessional

My food was a little bit cold and i did not like the bread that was used for my hot/ spicy chicken sandwich. It was a little on the sweet side and it threw me off. In addition, it was , kind of dry. As far as the taste goes, I guess it's a matter of personal preference. I'll probably just stick to the McDouble, which always satisfys snd comes out nice and hot and juicy. if you're looking for a quick bite that is Easy on and easy off to Bob Bullock Loop , this is the place to go. Honestly, I do not live in Laredo, and every time I have to go into Laredo for something I find Myself eating at this Mcdonald's on my way out.

Food was great, service was okay. My only complaint is when I ordered my ice cream cone, mind you it looked great BUT when I bit into the cone I bit into a piece of the paper that is wrapped around the cone. I was confused, when I tried taking that piece out of the ice cream I was met with yet another cone that was stacked inside the outer cone.

This McDonald’s needs better management and crew members, my mom experienced the worst service yesterday. She went through the drive through and asked for extra spicy sauce in her sandwich and the lady speaking asked if everything looked alright and she noticed that the lady put “add mustard” my mom paid “I didn’t asked for that” the lady said pull up to the window cause she didn’t hear her,so instead of the lady it was boy who repeated the order and he didn’t say that the lady put added mustard so then we moved on.. as we got out order I opened my sandwich there was damn mustard which I didn’t asked for I had to go inside and I told them that I didn’t ask for mustard I asked for extra spicy sauce.. so then they gave me a new sandwich and there was mustard again I had to go back for the second time the manager laughed at mom and kept staring at her and being rude.

ITS MC DONALD'S!!!! THE FOOD IS AS GOOD AS $8 can get. The service at the McDonald's at McPherson and Delmar in Laredo is terrible!. From the management to the drive up speaker!

What the heck!!! Ugh I was really craving a McMuffin, so I sent over my boyfriend to get me one. I am so disappointed!!! I kept calling the store and they never picked up! They kept ignoring my calls!! It’s so unprofessional!! I was calling to let McDonald’s staff know that they gave me a rotten egg! It’s disgusting, I found out by the time I was half way through my meal!! Once I removed it that’s when I can smell the foul odor! I didn’t notice it because they put a piece of ham on top of the egg. If I get food poisoning it’s McDonald’s fault for giving me a moldy egg! This is not the first time this location messes up on our orders.

Where do I even begin? This is the second time I have ordered through the app. And my order for some weird reason does not show. After 30 minutes. The first time I left and I was like, fuxk it. The second time I was like no I'll mention the issue in hand and show the manager proof of the purchase. I show them proof of purchase through bank account. I told an employee that the app was not working, but I had an email confirmation. Looking forward to the cashier up front saying my order was being worked on and I should wait in my car. Saying my order is not in their system repeatedly, even when I proved order confirmation number to both curbside employee and the manager. It was just a pain in the ass.
