terrible, went through the drive through and they sent me to curbside. i go wait then they then bring out only one of my items and tell me to have a nice night. i now have to enter the restaurant after waiting half an hour where they give me the wrong items to fulfill the order and when i ask for them to be corrected end up waiting another 30 minutes. i leave with the “correct” order to get home and find it completely wrong

Im pissed asf!!! Why the hell am i waiting over 30 mins for a mobile order and to top it off it was cold i had to get down and get my food due to the ammount of time waiting for it like the whole point of the mobile order is to gwt it through drive theough and be done. No one was infront of me other than 4 cars behind me so why was it taking 30+ pleaseeeee and if ur understaffed communicate with the guest thats literally how u provide good service i work in the restaurant so i get it but 30min+ for a mcdonals order is crazy

I like the cheeseburger and nuggets, but the service needs to improve. Today, I ordered 3 happy meals for my grandsons, and it took a long time for my order to come out. I was told to park on a certain number and that my food would be right out. Not.

McDonalds stop hiring only stoned kids!!! We went through the drive through and they told us to go curbside AND FORGOT ABOUT US. 7 Cars got served first before i finally went in and told them that they forgot about us... And then all meals were missing the sauces, they didnt give us any ketchup or napkins.
Seriously? ☹️

McDonald's breakfast is always affordable, hot, and thr taste is consistent.

Parking: Plenty of space for curbside, none curbside, and they have a two lane drive thru.

Sorry to say but this location needs to work on their service especially at the drive thru. Many times I pull up and it’s just dead silence. At times I’ll say hello and nothing, and at times I’ll continue to repeat hello and then I’ll get an annoyed voice saying wait or to hang on. How about greeting the customer letting them know that you know that they are there and then let them know that you’ll be right with them. What happened to good old fashion customer service? We understand that you can be busy, but address the customer first letting them know that. Remember you are there for the customer. We can always choose to go somewhere else. Just my thought and feelings about this location. Please work on your customer service at the drive thru.
