Nothing Bundt Cakes

Worst customer service ever. Laredo TX.
Lost my order ( I provided confirmation number, delivery address and time ordered with delivery instructions. Kept me on the phone for 35 minutes and simply said “well, we can’t find your order, sorry”
They lost me as a customer for life.
I’m going to Pink Box and you should too!

The Biscoff bundtlet is the best flavor!!! I need to buy a bunch and freeze them before they're gone!

Sharing my experience in hopes that this does not happen again to anyone.

I ordered a 2-tier cake online for delivery at my sister’s Birthday party.

The day of the event I receive a call at 6:45pm
then at 6:56pm (their closing time was 7pm). I missed their calls as the event had started &the caller ID shows as NBC -Pequeno C.

🔷They leave me a Voicemail saying “the delivery was cancelled by the driver and unfortunately since we close at 7pm there is nothing we can do to deliver it….”. 🔷

I could not believe how inconsiderate this was!
I wish they would have told me earlier so I can pick it up or made sure this cake was delivered by someone on their team regardless if the “Uber driver” cancelled the order.

I had paid $7.99 delivery fee Plus $8.20 Tip.
The Next day they refunded me and told me I can pick up the cake..

I hope they learn to be more considerate with their customers because providing refunds and a cake after the event date won’t bring back the special moment that was taken away.

Worst customer service ever , they not even greet you or so , not even a Thank you , yes the cakes are good but they need to improve their service . And it's been twice and the same thing .

Prices and selection are excellent. The little ones are the perfect size and the decorations for birthdays and graduations are beautiful. We ordered 3 boxes of 12 for my daughter's quince dessert table and a box of 12 for my son's graduation dinner with just family. The flavors all taste really good, my favorite is white chocolate raspberry.

Great service and the employees are very friendly. The Bundt Cake that I bought was very moist and delicious! I highly recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes!

Incredible and excellent place, the quality of their cakes is what they promise, I had my doubts but it is really worth it, highly recommended.

Heard so much about this place decided to try it for my sons 21 bday. Overall ok but tooo expensive for a simple design cake. Frosting is too strongly sweet to my taste. For this reason I give it a 2 star.

I stopped by to order a cake, and I told the associate the kind of cake I wanted, which I pointed to the display they had. I just advised that I wanted that same one but with a light drizzle. When I arrived to my place of work the cake that I asked for was nothing to the one I had chosen, I called and the associate told me that’s what I chose. I told her no, that I specifically told her which “style” I wanted. I asked to speak to the manager and honestly she was of no help. She said she wouldn’t be able to add the additional frosting; that I would just have to purchase a new one ? this was supposed to be a special cake since it was a farewell cake. I asked to speak to someone else but she told me no, she was the only one I could talk to. What was so hard of just adding extra frosting? I’ll post the pictures of what I wanted and what I got! Very disappointing!
