Ordered siberia tacos with large order of fries. Got home and my order of fries was like for a kids meal. I called and employees said owner had served my order as if that makes it ok. Terrible customer service. Never going again. Ripoff

This place has really gone down. As evident by an almost empty dining room at lunch time. I used to like their Siberia tostadas but last couple times they barely put a smearing of avocado. I’ve brought it up before but this time, I actually sent it back when I noticed that they only put a bit of avocado along the outside edge of the tostada but nothing in the middle. So once sent back the server said that the cook said that if I wanted extra avocado , I had to ask for extra! Really? I told her if a tostada is supposed to have avocado, put some ! After that the server was rude and I really hope they didn’t spit on my other order, I really should have just left. Btw, no chips nor salsa anymore either, when they used to give some before ….

A little slow in the kitchen, for someone who has a tight schedule it could be annoying.

Pick up an order and still had to wait half an hour. The food was horrible. My tostada very soggy. The fries were old, hard and bad. This is a well known restaurant but I rather go to the one on Sunders st. The one on McPherson has horrible service and food. This is my last. Hopefully they can hire more staff that really wants to work and cook. They just don't know how to take care of their customers.

Went for breakfast, and there were good options available. The tacos were well served, and the plates were huge. The service was slow, considering there weren't many customers there at the time. I'd like to go back to try their lunch and dinner options, though.
