I ordered in advance on the Taco Palenque app thinking it would be more convenient. The app will only set it to "pickup inside" but I thought I could just ask for it at the drive-thru. Finally after waiting in line and my order was paid for and ready on the counter, I asked if they could hand it to me but the employee adamantly refused and told me to park and come inside after wasting all that time waiting in line. Bad app. Bad service

bought 2 fajita plates.. fajita meat on both were cold asked the manger for new fajita just threw the same cold old fajita on the grill avocado on the guacamole was black not green will not recommend TP under the supervision of Adrian keeps going to the back making the girls laugh not focusing on customer service

They literally had 11 cars waiting on the side for drive thru..they are pathetic at drive thru and food is over priced..avoid drive thru at all costs

Today i came to 5726 San Bernardo aco. Palenque Jr. To eat with daughter, we ask the casher that i wanted enchilada plate and a burrito .when i recived my food i only got one singe enchilada.can't belive it. That what happen when clerk is not paying attention.
