Hello everyone, I wanted to tell you all about how horrible the service in this Olive Garden is. On Saturday 12, 2025 at 10:15 pm I went with my family of six and got the worst service possible. Waiter dropped and broke plates, confused our order, acted like if he was on something, and trying to be “nice” brought us a “FREE” cheesecake with strawberry sauce which was KETCHUP!!!. I spoke to the woman manager, promised us better service and a “GIFTCARD”, she never even sent me it. I’m warning everyone, you will get bad service. Advising everybody to go the other Olive Garden near Doctors Hospital by Bob Bullock loop. Glad I brought this up to everyone’s attention.Thank You!!

It's a delight whatever you order... A delicious pasta with chicken and shrimp, some delicious buns like flags and a delicious pastry for dessert with regular coffee.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We walked into Olive Garden expecting a decent dining experience — instead, we got absolutely nothing. We were seated, and that was it!
No waiter introduced themselves, no drinks, no starters, no service. We just sat there like we were invisible idiots.
After waiting far too long, we had to physically call another waiter just to get ours who never even showed up. At that point, we’d had enough and decided to leave. On the way out, we informed the manager about our experience, and his pathetic response was a half-assed, "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that."
Like, really? That’s all you've got? No attempt to fix the situation or even a shred of genuine concern. As if that wasn’t pathetic enough, we stopped at the reception desk on our way out to let them know we were leaving because no one bothered to serve us. Their response? A casual, "Oh okay." Like they didn’t give a single damn. No apology, no concern, no effort. Just complete indifference.
This place is an absolute joke. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. If you’re thinking of dining at Olive Garden — DONT!!! Spend your money somewhere that actually values its customers. Shameful, pathetic excuse for a restaurant.

The all you can eat Alfredo sauce was COLD... And they brought it with no bread we waited 15 minutes before they brought some bread and I told them about the Alfredo sauce and they brought another cold sauce 🤢... The service was horrible and slow, and they treated me like it was my fault.. like I was just complaining about nothing. I love Olive garden but that was super disappointing.
