I have the food 3 stars because the chicken scampi was not what I expected but when I called to let the manager know he was very considerate and understanding which I loved. He was quick to understand that the last time I had ordered the shrimp scampi and was craving the chicken scampi this time around but it wasn’t as delicious and he didn’t make me feel bad about it. Talk about great customer service so all in all management was an A+ and I will be ordering from Olive Garden...
The Service was excellent and they even offered to replace what I ordered since the fries that I ordered for the child were very ugly, watery and burnt, it was very strange, the pasta was somewhat raw, linguine and pesto sauce was not well done.
