Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The best place I could ever eat here in Laredo! Young servers working and kitchen made food the way it was asked! After a rough week it feels comfortable eating here, I will come back even though I am not a big fan of Italian food… this place is beautiful!

The manager was unprofessional & discourteous. I had placed an online order for pick up, upon arrival i wasn’t greeted as well as the order taking long. When i was assisted he was giving attitude and I had asked if he could add ice in the cup but was denied. Until I asked if i could get a separate cup but he was giving attitude which was unfair since i was being really patient. When I got home I checked the order and there was multiple items missing. When I called the store he said he had forgotten to give us the other half of the order.

Terrible management service at this location; they assigned your table to someone else and showed not regreat at all!

The unlimited soup and salad were our favorites. The server was very professional. Returned a couple times while in Laredo.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting over 20 minutes just to get my drinks and no one acknowledging my presence, I decided to leave. I ended up going to the Olive Garden by Mall del Norte, and the difference was night and day. They truly understand customer service there. This place felt like a total joke in comparison. Save your time and go somewhere that values its customers!

Waiter services unprofessional, they do not organize the service they denied coffee when closing even do you came early and you already eating food. You request a change of waiter and they send you the same. They spay attention to order. And food is bring inappropriately. Bet bad experience

This is the place to go, IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO LOSE YOUR APPETITE AND MONEY!!! This place ruined my wife’s birthday dinner. The service is horrendous, the food is below mediocre, and management is incompetent. Our waiter was inattentive and the manager’s response was they were busy. The food tasted like something you order from TEMU, cheap and distasteful. You’re better off going to the Olive Garden by the mall.

Went to Olive Garden today as it was my son’s birthday and he had the best experience and service was great! Our server Marlen made his birthday one to remember, customer service was great over all.
