Rude service. They hung up on me because they didn’t know English. They completely messed up my order and got everything wrong plus didn’t give partial order. Will never order from here again.

The boneless chicken fries is trash. Theres no way they serve this to customers. The pictures they advertise are misleading and deceptive . Place used to be decent but the quality of the snacks have gone down dramatically. Do not recommend . Go across the street to tamarindos. They charge a bit more but the customer service and food is way better.

The people attending customers aren’t friendly at all. Packaging needs to be reconsider. I ordered an ice cream and a shaved ice, I received it with no lids. Bear in mind it was only myself in the car and the containers they serve the ice cream are small to place in my car cupholders, it could make a mess. I then asked for the lids, and the lady at the window showed an attitude and didn’t even say one second or anything in regards to my request, just closed the window to then open it back give me my change and the lids. Very uncomfortable.
