Super bad service, they close at 10:30 and employees did not wanted to attend me when I arrived at 10:00. If I could rate the place I would give zero stars, really disappointed

Staff was all around super unprofessional ladies taking drive thru orders kept laughing at my questions while literally answering them and they forgot to take my bogo deal then said they couldn’t do anything about or give me my money back because it would take an hour after speaking with manager Aracely ( who was the only person with a sense of customer service) I could still see a red shirt worker laughing and calling me “stupid” over a bowl. Miss Aracely was great but drive thru worker who refused to give me her name & had no name tag on will be the reason why I won’t be coming back.

After ordering the ragoons 3 times, I don't think they can get it right. The taste is off from what it used to be. Or they don't put enough filling or it's burned. Just can't get it right. The other food items are ok except for few weeks ago where the portion of chicken was very small for a bowl.Come on panda, get it together!

Ordered two plates and the second one took 30 mins to be made after they told me it’s be out in 7 mins. My other plate was cold before the second one was finished.
