I ordered just now with chowmein plate . There is none . No straw for drink , wth

Laredo doesn't have many Panda Express, so unfortunately I had to review it. The drive thru was fast at around 6:30pm which i was content. The service was okay not fast but not too long after ordering. The QUALITY of the food, was a ZERO (0). The chow mein has soooooooooooo much vegetables, the string beans had 70% bean and barely any chicken. The rice was okay and the orange chicken seemed fine. Just disappointed after purchasing a Family meal, that a lot of food and money. The worst Panda I have ever been to , quality wise. Never again. I will make the 35min drive to the other location.

We placed an order for pick up at 1:15 and they text me at 1:03 it’s ready??? Why would you make it 15 minutes early than my pick up time? If I wanted it at 1, I would have chosen the 1 o’clock option. Instead my food gets to sit for 15 minutes before I get to it, not cool. And if this was the only issue we’ve had from this location it would just be a slight inconvenience, but constantly they screw up our order. And the worst part is they usually screw it up with the kids meal. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve given us orange chicken when we’ve ordered the broccoli and beef for our children who have sensory issues due to adhd/autism with food and will NOT even look at the orange chicken.

I am giving 3 stars though as the food is always delicious and well prepared. Just need to be more aware of what you’re giving and the times for pick up.

The out at this hour was fast and easy! Customer service was excellent and no issues were addressed!

Best Panda I have ever been in the vegetables and meat are perfect. I'm very impressed with it, I'm from Texarkana and it's so much better than the one at home.

The food was hot and flavorful.
Servers were respectful and helpful, friendly as well.
The restaurant was tidy, and the drink station was clean.
Didn't find much seating for toddlers, however.
The review options list napkins and utensils as a dish, which I find funny, haha.
Overall, it was a good experience.

I visited this establishment for the spicy shrimp and today I find out that they have already removed it from the menu, it was the only stew that I liked, what a shame that they removed it

Employees were talking about an elderly and making fun of her. Felt sorry for this lady. So unprofessional. Place was dirty and floor areas were wet.
