Very good barbacoa. Could compete with the best in town. Beans have great flavor. Rice has perfect texture. 2 giant flour tortillas come with meal. Amazing green and red salsas on the table. Family orientated restaurant.

It's not like it was on Arkansas Street tostadas where stale & they where from a packed instead of home made like they use to do it. The food was not very good.

This place has some of the best breakfast tacos. Also, my family liked the chilaquiles plate and the papa con huevo plate. The restaurant had a funky smell, and the chairs looked like they took them from an office.
So MY Paulitas experience here always varies in this location. My first being that the potatoes in the potatoes and egg are cut in large chunks and don't have the same flavoring as small cut does. Portions are large which is nice and price is fair. The seating always makes me laugh cause they're like old customer bank chairs as opposed to like a restaurant chair so I gotta say it's unorthodox it's very comfortable. ( Assuming you have a hip frame that can fit within the chair)

We went on Saturday 06/29/24 food was extremely delicious. I did not expect their tacos to be huge, the price for the quality and taste are spot on. Will be coming back, when I come to stay in Laredo, Tx.
