Always have great experiences at Paulita’s! The food is delicious and the service is top tier. Brought my parents in last time they were in town & they really enjoyed every aspect of the restaurant.
Honestly the best food in all Laredo. If you’ve never eaten here then you haven’t tasted what Laredo has to offer. Their customer service sets the standard and goes above it. It feels like you’re walking into a home and everyone loves being here. Portions are generous and their fajita is the best. The lemonade is always worth it. My favorite orders are Mariachi de Fajita, Paulita’s Special Plate w/Fajita, Lemonade, Milanesa.

Great service and good food. Went for a quick lunch and our server, Adriana, I think, was kind, courteous, and professional. We were seated and served right away. We had the lunch specials for Tuesday: mole plate and pollo con calabasa. I can't wait to try something else.
