Pino Burger

Never going again. Once seated down the waiter was somewhat giving attitude and looking at my wife head to toe and making faces. Took about 40 mins just to get our food plus everything came out at different times. Instead all together. Fries was horrible soggy and cold, nuggets was stale. The tacos i got the meat was super seasoned and horrible. Beans no flavor and wifes burger had alot of pickles when i told the waitress she replied thats how its made. Another thing that pissed me off was that tip was already included in the bill. They didn’t even ask or anything. When my wife confronted the waitress she stated by law we needed to pay tip. Regardless the bad service we had. Also we got charged for extra pickles when we never asked for extra.

we went in at 9:30 and asked if we could eat and the chubby girl with curly blonde hair rudely told us the dining area was closed, when we got the food it was cold and looked old and the fry’s were unsalted😢.

if i could rate it 0 stars i would… lady in the front had the worst attitude plus couldn’t accommodate my simple request of changing a can coke to a fountain drink

Parilladas are a great deal and taste even better! Service was wonderful too but they do charge an extra fee if not paying in cash.

We used to live in Laredo, and now we live in Edinburg...
However, this last time we went with the Karate Travel Team from our City, and we told them here they were going to try some delicious hamburgers and burritos....
Everyone loved the place and the food.

Plus, I want to thank the staff who actually did an awesome job with all of our orders.
Next ti.e we come back there is a high chance that we will return here...!!!

I attempted to make an order by phone on a saturday at 9:30 pm three times, phone was not answered, since I live nearby I got there at 9:45pm and after a couple of minutes waiting at the counter with nobody there, I was told that they could only make a burger... I left very upset and no purchase was made. Poor customer service, the place was dirty and I really wonder if the owner of this establishment or franchise know how this business is being managed/operated with overpriced food which regardless of this, in other locations is very good.

Food is delicious as always but when I picked it up it was cold and I had just ordered it 16 minutes prior so I should’ve gotten a hot burger

The food was good but I wasn't really taken away. They got burgers, burritos, etc. The condensation from the AC kept dripping in different places, so that alone was inconvenient.

We've always been fans of the beef burritos here, but over the last two visits we've noticed a drop in quality. The burritos had almost no avocado and the cheese was minimal. Even though they raised the price, we decided to pay it trusting in the usual quality, but the experience was disappointing. We hope they return to the quality we used to enjoy.

I just called about five times, and no answer. According to other people's reviews, this happens often. It is wild how people complain about this same issue, and there is no resolution by the owner.

Burgers don’t disappoint they are really good. But the fries they currently have are not good, their dry, no flavor and are hard over cooked for what I paid $45.00 I hope they go back to the bigger thick fries
