I used to eat at Pino burger in Nuevo Laredo so this place is nostalgic for me. Serving sizes are good. Prices are comparable to everywhere else. Good for a quick bite.

Food was cold The two ladies at the front desk got my order wrong when i got home i realized they have give me the wrong order then they start arguing with me and make me bring the food back so i could get my order right do not recommend it has gone down in quality and in customer service go to McDonald's

Food is delicious and perfect. The service ? Not exactly. At least not tonight. We dined in and everything went great as the food was really delicious like I said. We’re we felt uncomfortable was when the waiter/cashier just stood there staring at us when I asked for the tab. Still stood there after I told to give us a couple of minutes to take a look at the tab. My gf and I felt like embarrassed and uncomfortable thinking that the server thought we were not gonna pay or leave without tipping or something. I think next time I will just order to go.

6/18/23 1:35 pm Bad attention! Our first and last time my family and I went down to eat inside the restaurant! We arrived at the place at 1:35 pm we ordered and after 30 minutes another family arrived and sat at the table next to us, and they placed their order to eat and after 15 minutes their meals were delivered. And my children and I, we are left with what!?! Why are they delivering their food order to them, if we arrive 45 minutes before them!? Then after they delivered their orders (the other family that arrived 30 minutes after us) they started bringing us 1 for 1 what my children and I had ordered! I got so upset that I asked the waitress why they were serving the other table if they arrived 30 minutes after us. And the waitress's response was: they ordered something grilled. But I saw that he had several plates of hamburgers and other foods. I responded to the waitress. That's disrespectful! And very rude on your part! And I asked him to speak to someone in charge of the restaurant. And she answered that the only ones there were her and the cook! Please! If the owner of the premises sees and reads this. Let me tell you: pay more attention to your business. Since the food you put in your mouth depends on it. I think you like to bring your taco or your food to your mouth with a good flavor and a pleasant atmosphere?! Because believe me, most of the time, it is not the seasoning that matters, what matters is the good service and good treatment of your workers! If you read this bad experience that my children and I had. I appreciate you taking action on the matter. Thank you and have a good day!
