“Manager on Pizza Hut Saunders Street Laredo, Tx Ms. Dolores Herrera has a great customer service and effective teamwork. I want to take a moment to command Ms. Herrera for her outstanding customer service during my visits. She is always very attentive and in good spirits, always with a smile. The staff is always working efficiently and seems motivated and in good spirits. Their effective management is the reason this location is always so well run. Ms. Herrera enjoys what she does and is very dedicated. The food is always hot and fresh, and the dining area is consistently clean. Ms. Herrera always walking around checking the guests. Her attitude contributes to a very welcoming and well maintained establishment. Thank you Ms. Herrera for a great service. This is my best Pizza Hut location.“

“They did not disappoint on Super Bowl Sunday. They came through like the Eagles defense through the offensive line of Kansas City. They scored as many points with our Men's Ministry Super Bowl party as the Eagles did on Sunday. Great customer service!“

“So story time I'm at a pizza hut in Laredo.... I was here in December right before Christmas , I was waited on by a kind young man , his name is Santiago and he's 17 I know that because he just came up to me and said hello Mr... I just wanted to say hello and it's been awhile since I've seen you , the last time was right before Christmas and I just wanted to let you know much I appreciate your kindness and the note you wrote me on your receipt ... Then he tells me that I made his day & thank you !!! He talk to me for the next few minutes about family ect... I can tell he's a hard working kid just try to make it in this tough world ? honestly he's the 1 that made my day !!! His father must be proud of him !!!“

“The problem is that we're we're having a good time on a Sunday around 12 noon when all of a sudden a team of little league kids arrived and all hell broke loose...they were very rambunctious and loud that we had to leave early. This is the 3rd time this happens and management needs to do something about it. This is not Chucky Cheese. The adults never did anything to help.“

“Amazing service here!!!!!, employees and managers are always cool and fast with my orders, upset at times because of course they are so underpaid and stressed out at times and yet they still manage to get the job done in time they definitely deserve that raise cuz if that's not hard work idk what is. 10/10. “I needed food for 3 adults and 2 children asap and I needed it delivered, I love Pizza Hut pizza so I googled the closest one and tried to set up an account online. I wanted to do specific stuff to the pizzas and decided to just call it in. I asked for any coupons and the lady was nice and gave me the 2 large pizza special for my Laredo TX location. I placed the order and she tied it to the online account I had just set up. The food was delivered sooner than anticipated and the gentleman was nice and patient with all the dog barking ??Pizza was great and came in clutch!“

“The food and service were great, but it's not the same P.H. We used to go with our kids and have dinner and a few beers almost every weekend. The kids would play a video game they had, and we'd watch a game or enjoy the music that was playing. It just seems so sad now.“

“Pizza Hut has the best lunch you can ever have. And when I say "ever" I mean "EVER." You can get a personal pan pizza and a pasta, plus a salad (you know? for the diet) for around $10. If you don't think that's enough food, then I suggest you take a long hard look at your life cause you are most definitely a glutton and going to hell. According to "Dante's Inferno" and if you believe that sort of thing. If you think that's more than enough food then I suggest you share it with someone. Hulkamania taught us to call everyone you meet "brother" and it also taught us that you are a real American and a real American fights for the right of every man. So go to Pizza Hut to have lunch and remember to share your food with a loved one. This will guarantee your passage to heaven and keep Hulkamania alive.“

“The pizza was really good. Even better was the price. Got the 50 percent of the menu price discount. Ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers and a pan crust pepperoni lovers with bacon. The pizza was gobbled up with no leftovers which was the only sad part about it, but easily remedied by ordering more pizza. 2 thumbs up.“
