Under cooked pizza, dough was not cooked all the way and GM was arrogant about it. $25 to find out I’ll never go back. Too bad, I like Pizza Hut but won’t be back to this one.

Ordered dine in, pizza was made and put to wait for pick up, literally the only people in there and the worker that took our order didn't bother to tell us it was ready, much less bring it to our table. We waited because he had said they were busy. Saw all workers on their phone none stop. Had to get up and ask, no apologies or anything. Walking in we saw a lady being a "karen", turns out she wasn't one after the fact, we've also experienced their services skills here. Didnt even give us plates, had to ask for everything here. No common sense.

Horrible pizza i ask for a refund the manager pulido set two days will refund you parcial money of my ticket im still waiting for the money I'm sure he don't do the refund i ask for for ticket he denied i had to drive all the way to the store because never answer the phone my time my gas go pay

They said my order would be ready within 15 to 20 minutes, and it took almost 40 minutes. I only ordered the hut box and people who ordered whole pizzas got their orders before me.

Cashier didn't give me my recipt, and lady cooking pizzas was rude to customers because of a ruch she had and manager watching the place burning down but she was to busy on phone. Team leaders should be degraded. A real leader leads by example not by screaming @ young employees. Was told order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes spent 45 minutes @ store waiting. Bad customer service at its finest.

Ordered a big box. Wings hardly had sauce on them, the backend BBQ pizza didn't have the mushrooms green peppers or BBQ sauce on it.
Had a great experience at this location. Food was delivered in a timely manner.

People are quick to write bad reviews but never take the time to write a good one when deserved. Pizza Hut on Jacaman never disappoints. I suppose, lucky me, even if something was off it’s still a damn good pizza! ?? Always on time, Always Hot, and staff usually friendly. Even if they have to go outside to serve you ( I always go inside).Thank you for the late night dinners and early morning leftovers.

Not bad but not good. My friends and I went close to 10 pm and they already had the lights off as if they were ready to close when they close at midnight. Then the lady that took our order was eating a slice of mango and even talked to us like she was annoyed. Plus there's no menu whatsoever, she just gave us a paper of the specials only. Lastly, once we got our food, we ate there, the lady brought the pepper and cheese and slammed them on the table as if she was mad. The food was good, but the service was terrible. I get people don't like their jobs, but at least fake a smile instead of making it obvious. Never eating inside that pizza hut again
