Amazing service here!!!!!, employees and managers are always cool and fast with my orders, upset at times because of course they are so underpaid and stressed out at times and yet they still manage to get the job done in time they definitely deserve that raise cuz if that's not hard work idk what is. 10/10. Under cooked pizza, dough was not cooked all the way and GM was arrogant about it. $25 to find out I’ll never go back. Too bad, I like Pizza Hut but won’t be back to this one.
So I don't know if it was better outside or inside the place... It was cold like a freezer cold. Outside it was raining, but no little heat inside? Is it a tactic to not have customers dining in?

Ordered dine in, pizza was made and put to wait for pick up, literally the only people in there and the worker that took our order didn't bother to tell us it was ready, much less bring it to our table. We waited because he had said they were busy. Saw all workers on their phone none stop. Had to get up and ask, no apologies or anything. Walking in we saw a lady being a "karen", turns out she wasn't one after the fact, we've also experienced their services skills here. Didnt even give us plates, had to ask for everything here. No common sense.

Horrible pizza i ask for a refund the manager pulido set two days will refund you parcial money of my ticket im still waiting for the money I'm sure he don't do the refund i ask for for ticket he denied i had to drive all the way to the store because never answer the phone my time my gas go pay

They said my order would be ready within 15 to 20 minutes, and it took almost 40 minutes. I only ordered the hut box and people who ordered whole pizzas got their orders before me.
