It's happened a couple of times where they forget items and I have to go back to pick it up, so by the time I go back to eat my food at home it's cold because I have to go back for my missing items

You all need to get employees that are at least halfway decent. I walked up to the counter and the rudeness of the kid made me want to slap him across the counter. He’s not doing me any favors. I’m here to PAY for food.

My daughter and I went in the afternoon and they treated us very well and the food was freshly made and very delicious, if you go ask for strawberry lemonade instead of Coca Cola to change it, don't you think?

Bad service, short lady was very rude and cussed us out
Food is delicious but employees very rude and not taking work very seriously plus the waiting time takes very long. Just for two number 1 sandwiches (no combo) it took them 30 minutes to bring out our order. I would recommend speaking with them.
