They do not open on time, the hours are 10:30am and they open after that time, in my case it is 10:45 and here I am still waiting for them to open.

Honestly always have the worse experience at this location. I only try coming to this location cause it’s very convenient to get to right away off I35. But they always close the doors early. Or they’re always run out of food 2 hours before they close. Popeyes seriously needs to clean house at this point losing business. This review is honestly being done cause it’s not the 5th or 10th time. I also have a video which I’m not gonna post here cause I have respect for Popeyes itself. But come on enough is enough and if you check out all my reviews it’s always 5 star reviews about how I enjoyed a place.

General Manager is rude, yells at customers, yells at employees, no customer service, isn't polite, is like we bother her with our orders. I don't recommend this place at all. Please go somewhere else to eat. The general manager needs to get fired, needs schooling, disciplined or something else. I am only giving 1 star cause the other employees are nice, friendly, etc. But the female general manager has a bad attitude. Wow!

This has been by far the best, efficient, most friendliness experience we have experience. As Popeyes is my favorite restaurant sadly I had stop eating there because of bad experiences, but today we had a family gathering and had to place a large order. Juliana, was the young lady who assisted me and my family. She has a lot of patients and I had place two large family orders the food was ready right on time. Good job! Great team.
