Checked website saw they closed at 11 so I placed a mobile order at 10:21 pm and waited a bit when I got the to window I was told that they had no more filets like okay so they legit was gonna give me something if they already have it cooked instead of making it fresh then manager said with attitude “well we can make it but it will take a while” 8 min 8 damn min they made it seem like it was gonna take pass their closing time they wasted more time telling me they couldn’t cancel my order they could only give me something else 🙄 at this point change your times to close at 10 that way no one orders anything before “closing”

I want to call on those in charge of this establishment to train their employees well since it is not the first time that I go to this restaurant and they always give me the wrong order and take a long time to serve. We go to that establishment closer to our work and we go with the whole attitude of getting a delicious meal and they give us a hard time with their mistakes. Please managers or supervisors take more care with their employees.

Nothing but incompetent kids working here. We placed an order online and these clowns forgot to put the fries and the sauces we ordered.
Why does this keep happening!? Do they not know how to follow simple orders!!!???
And since I noticed when I was already home, I don't think they'll believe me, nor would I like to drive all the way over there!
Man... I just don't understand how you can be so incompetent. I have work service and retail most of my life. It is not a hard job!!!!
Man... You people only hire incompetent kids... It's annoying. Do better! And why do you have a +4 rating?!?!? That's ridiculous. These kids can't keep up with the order even though I'm here at 8:30pm and the dining room is empty..have been waiting for 20+ min for my order. This is unacceptable.
