I ordered $35 in food. To only receive half of my food. When I called over 5 times. I got no answer. If I could rate zero I would. This is unacceptable. To top it off the person at the window was rude. Maybe some of these people should find a different job. I only wanted my order. What I paid for. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Apparently the cashiers there do not understand English nor Spanish because I had ordered a three-piece meal and they put it spicy instead of mild also I specifically told the cashier to put two thighs and one leg she ended up putting a breast, a wing and a leg among other details they screwed up on my other two 3 piece meals and its not the first time I've had a bad experience in this location there's been other occasions where I put an order through the drive-thru and you have to literally scream at the speaker in order for them to understand you what you're saying it's come to a point where I have to stop talking through the speaker and just go through the drive-thru directly or just get down and then they take long with the order either in the dine in or drive thru some cashiers are rude when they speak to you they speak with a agitated tone and like I say even if you speak English or Spanish they do not understand you at all maybe next time I'll probably speak Chinese to them that way they can understand me
if i ever do go back cuz frankly im having second thoughts i highly don't recommend this location at all its sad cuz I'm live close by now im gonna have to drive to the one in saunders just to get better customer service

The food is good, tose sauces they give you omG, the best, the atention I received was the best so patience, but, mashed potatoes SUCKS that tiste is the worst, let me know where to get the sauces

Make an order in advance online, come to them and wait another 20 minutes, watch how other people came later than you, ordered and left earlier. That's all their work 🤦🏻‍♂️for the whole restaurant Two people visitors.

Told me they don't have a 10 piece and charged me for 12 pieces. Was $37. Waited 30 minutes after I ordered and watched everyone who went behind me get their food first. Decided to ask what was going on and the manager gave me a refund and walked away from me. They couldn't even give the correct change. Waste of time.

Checked website saw they closed at 11 so I placed a mobile order at 10:21 pm and waited a bit when I got the to window I was told that they had no more filets like okay so they legit was gonna give me something if they already have it cooked instead of making it fresh then manager said with attitude “well we can make it but it will take a while” 8 min 8 damn min they made it seem like it was gonna take pass their closing time they wasted more time telling me they couldn’t cancel my order they could only give me something else 🙄 at this point change your times to close at 10 that way no one orders anything before “closing”

I want to call on those in charge of this establishment to train their employees well since it is not the first time that I go to this restaurant and they always give me the wrong order and take a long time to serve. We go to that establishment closer to our work and we go with the whole attitude of getting a delicious meal and they give us a hard time with their mistakes. Please managers or supervisors take more care with their employees.

Terrible service, horrible treatment from the staff, they take a long time and never have the food prepared and cleaning not to mention, always dirty tables.
