Horrible service abs horrible food! We waited at Drive thru for several minutes for service. We had to come up to the window for service. The employees literally just shoved the burgers and fried upside down. Food was cold. Go to other Popeyes location not this one.
Was very disappointed with my order. I ordered a #3 Bacon Chicken sandwich spicy. I got my order after waiting 10-15 minutes and left without checking it. I drive a semi and started eating after I had gotten back on the road, and all I had was the bun and chicken. No bacon, cheese or spice.

Every single time we go and order through drive thru they either take long, don’t understand us, ask us what we ordered at the window more than once, forget to give us something in our order, and make us wait for 10 min or more when we ordered a small order and people behind us would get their order although they’re bigger orders. Popeyes is good, but this location and their workers aren’t it. We avoid it as much as we can but it’s the closest to our home. It’s ALWAYS something every time we go.

This Popeyes NO customer service at all. They r basically basing on the timing of the order, so u better be ready what you r ordering. If not, they will get upset and try to cut u off on the order ??♀️. What's more sad is the manager actually accepting they r being trained by them. Soo they care more about the timing of the order than the service .
