Why cant any of the servers speak English. 😒 ugh... She took a lunch break when she was still waiting on us. I waited over 30 mins to get my check. I ended up getting up myself to find her. I contemplated just walking out w/o paying 😆 Even the manager was taling a lunch break. No one would have noticed. 😅Everything else was awesome.

There was only one The Ramen option, which was okay. But Every aspect about it had RED pepper flakes.....the shrimp, chicken and unpleasantly the broth. I am not a chef. Broth can be sipped, the RED pepper flakes directly hitting to back of the throat during sipping. Made me question if this waz pleasant or not.

The Omega made a great contrast to the Red pepper flakes.

The Menus, let you know clearly a popular spot.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but lately the service has gone downhill. Every time I place an order for pickup, something goes wrong. I often request extra sauces or simple substitutions, and they’re almost never included or changed. It feels like whatever you tell them goes in one ear and out the other.

The last few times this happened, I called to let them know, and the only solution offered was for me to drive back and pick up the missing items. That completely defeats the purpose of calling to fix the issue. It happened again today, and their response was, “We’ll make a note for next time.” How does that help me now when I wanted the sauces for this meal?

It’s frustrating and disappointing to see the quality of service decline after years of being a loyal customer. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their attention to detail and customer care.

Worst services no team work no good management and waiter captain lets waiters do what they want when you request for him he does not come and he has no leadership. I ask for the owner name they do not provide the name or phone to improve service
They use to have an excellent waiter captain sadly he no longer here

I called to place the order and went to pick it up myself. But when I got home and opened the container—what a disgusting surprise!
Im absolutely disgusted by the meal I received from your restaurant. Finding a fly and a hair in my food is beyond unacceptable—it's disgusting, unsanitary, and frankly disrespectful to your customers.

I called immediately, and while the manager sounded surprised and offered to replace the meal, that was not what I wanted. I don’t want a second helping of filth—I wanted my money back. Offering a replacement instead of a refund shows how little you value basic hygiene or customer satisfaction.

Let me be clear: I will never eat from your restaurant again, and I’ll make sure others know exactly what kind of standards you operate under. This wasn’t just a mistake—it was gross negligence.
