My first impression was how clean this location is. The fresh paint job and shining surfaces were pristine looking. Our service was perfectly kind and well received, even offering us extra salsas for our meal at no cost. The food is to die for delicious, and we could not contain our delighted sighs of enjoyment while eating. I would say the guisados looked fresh and tantalizing and the drinks were refreshingly cold. I would always recommend getting a mixed topping quesadilla and trying out their many options. We got the huevos en salsa for the first time paired with champiñones. Delicious doesn't even do it justice.

My first time in this place and last! In the other places they have always given me my quesadillas that are very tasty and assorted but in this place they didn't add almost any meat or cheese, no stains and they are so expensive, no thanks! Nothing to do with the photos that show the quesadillas full of meat and cheese haha and this is what they give you ? I do not recommend you go to this place

By far the worst location in Laredo !!! The cashier is TERRIBLE , the only reason I came to this particular location was because I was around the area for training. 3 times I went. All 3 times the biggest person there working with the colored eyes . Yes the cashier, yeah am talking about you ! Was so condescending and rude. No other location has ever treated my co-workers or myself in such a manner. I hope she gets fired. We all will never be returning back here. You just lost 10 customers and future potential business. Not only that I will definitely be spreading the word to everyone about this location !!!! You don’t deserve peoples hard earned money. The short interaction we all experienced for lunch was horrific. Worst service ever. You simply can not enjoy the food there after you encounter this person. Not only that, but they don’t clean the tables are always sticky . I bet if you go now there will be crumbs of old food still on the table. It’s so nasty that you don’t keep up with cleanliness. Instead of wasting time with chisme, how about you clean and do your job is what you’re getting paid to do? It’s not even like you have a huge lunch rush to be in a bad mood. You should educate your employees she is always arguing , when no one is arguing in the first place just asking for what is needed. Lady we are customers your job is to serve us. You’re not there to educate anyone you’re a cashier that forgets stuff that when asked for. You get defensive an try playing it like we’re the ones that forgot to ask? When it’s your job to hand us out items. It’s insane . Instead of talking like little middle school children and laughing pay attention to what you’re doing. Very rude, your worker left me talking alone through the Drive thru and I had to get down to order inside and when I entered alone the lady who is preparing the food was in front of the other two talking and laughing and laughing and when I complained to them for not serving me because of the Drive thru and I told them I was going to report them, one of them very shameless told me laughing, report me.Really, what courage, I told her I was serious, I would report her and she still gave me her nameMichelle said her name was, this was just now at Bob Bullock's business.What a rude and pedantic woman, and she still takes her cell phone as if to say look how worried I am.My respects to the lady who prepares the food, in fact the only one who was in front and had to speak to the other one who was talking with the one at the window.There is an urgent need for more educated and hard-working people like the lady who prepares the food.
