Bad food. Bad Service. Bad management. We made a reservation and they didn’t have a table when we arrived. Bad menu. Horrible experience. I won’t go back there.

Lunch buffet was delicious! Mole, albondigas, chile rellenos, tacos de papa, tacos de la canasta, and more. Everything was great.

Machitos and Choriqueso Lemonade was delicious and the service was excellent please come over and enjoy with family and friends El Rincon del Viejo

Customer service is awful and not a priority here. Made a reservation in the morning for cabrito to serve a large party. Was told they would set plenty aside for our family. We showed up that night and there was none! Ruined the evening. Not to mention it took us an hour seated to learn this. This place could actually be great if a new manager was able to improve service.

Terrible food and experience, my friend and his date had bad steaks with grissle though out them, I had tacos caseros and all I got was 4 street tacos with nothing but small pieces of tough meat and grissle on plain corn tortillas...no veggies, avocado or cheese or seasoning!!! Waiter looked like it was his first time on the job forgot to bring me some side items I had ordered....but at least I didn't get charged for it. The tacos I had were so tough, I got tired of chewing it and left the rest for my ?. Overall they charge way to much for the poor quality of food and they were out of items my date wanted to try.The restaurant is beautiful inside and out but that is all!!! I dont recommend it at all

Unique fresh buffet true Mexican. Definitely a new standard in quality for Laredo.

Good tasty food, slow service

Service was slow. Had to keep asking for items. Seems that high income people were treated better. Food not that tasty. I guess their restaurant in Nuevo Laredo is better.

The waiter provided great customer service but with little knowledge of the menu. Nonetheless, our food order took more than an hour. Our table of 4 was not served all together, and our plates were served to us every 5-10 minutes per person. The cause of delay was because of the cooks, and management miss placed our order (not once but three times). The price is outrageous for the quality and taste of food. Save your money and have your bbq in the convenience of your home. I had better tacos coming out from a food truck.

Great place. Great food, specially the cabrito. Same taste as Nuevo Laredo restaurant. We are definitely coming back!

Drove 90 miles to just bring my Dad to come get some Cabrito like the good ole days. Cabrito, Machitos and Gorditas were amazing. El Rincon Del Viejo did not disappoint like always. Dad is one happy camper with a full stomach heading home..

Just had dinner and what a great ambiance…. The food was great and love the area I’m sure once weather is cooler eating outside would be great!

Las apariencias engañan...y no todo lo ke brilla es oro...first picture was an order of fajita tacos...cilantro was way past its point of being consumable, onions were not even cooked, and no salsas for the tacos...second pic was supposedly Chile relleno de queso...that's not a traditional Chile relleno, third pic was the only thing available for kids menu (4 nuggets and fries in other words no kids menu)4 th pic was a supposedly salsa quemada, and yesterday's chips,5th pic was tacos de fajita (felt like stripes tacos on the run)5th pic was the bill...its not about the amount paid its about the quality of the service...WAS expecting alot better service from a supposedly fancy Mexican restaurant...did I forget to mention I ordered a xx beer and was not even cold...no refills were offered and only saw waiter 3 times approach my table...while taking our order , when food was served, and when I asked for the bill...

Got the parrillada and the worst I've ever had!60% of the food was burnt and does not come with sidesI dont mind paying for an expensive meal but for burnt meat ...and no sides its way over priced!Tables are not balanced. The waiter had us moved tables. Same issue. He fixed by putting napkins underneath the leg. Have to be fighting with the table while your eating.Spoke to the owner respectfully about our experience and not even an apology.Because of the price and location we were expecting better quality food and service.Very disappointed. The waiter had better customer service than the owner.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Friendly staff, food arrived quickly and tasted fresh. The gorditas with some fajita and avocado were honestly delicious.. Highly recommend this restaurant ??????
