Rochas is quite new and thus very attractive. They have unique menu items but I went with more traditional enchiladas. The enchiladas were good but a little bland. I almost tried the chicken fried meat loaf, hmmm. I thought the service was not attentive enough since there was a small crowd when we went. Not impressed enough to return, especially since not conveniently located.

Female waitress today in the afternoon was very rude. The only reason we stayed was cause I felt bad leaving after ordering. But she definitely needs to change her attitude and check if customers need anything.
