Went for my favorite, orange chicken, only have mango chicken, and it was not good. It tasted like burnt chicken nuggets slathered in sauce. And the noodles had almost no flavor. Staff was fine, no line and now I know why. Won’t be going back.

I love the food theres another food place similar in the same food court but i will always choose ruby because the prices are amazing for the amount of food and how good it is as well i will always eat there any chance i get 10/10 will always be my favorite mall food court restaurant.

It’s been about one year since I’ve dine in for some Thai food. The last time I went, I was so disappointed. The rice tasted raw and it had a noticeable smell. My favorite chicken is the bbq, absolutely love it, but it was pretty hard and the taste was unpleasant. It was a drastic change from the times before, so it did sadden me that I knew it would be the last time I ate there. I do advise the staff to have a more welcoming atmosphere because it shows through the food and care about what they’re giving out to people.Thank you, for reading my review.-

We haven't been down to Laredo in a couple years. We were SO looking forward to the Pad Thai here. Guy used to make it right in front of you. Maybe THE MOST delicious Pad Thai I've had. Not sure if Covid or what put an end to it, but they AIN'T doing it any more... so sad...

I found a roach leg in my drink and the food quality is literally degraded. The mango chicken use to be so bright and now it’s literally a sad three day old brown. I’m so disgusted and I use to praise the food here. Never coming again.

It used to be good but it’s awful. Chicken was GrAY and tough I genuinely did not feel good after words I think i might catch an illness or something. Angel hair noodles were BLAND and wasn’t Angel hair noodles it was rice noodles and had little to no flavor. worst experience genuinely ruined my entire day.
Nasty old chicken tasted like Reheat it RUber and color was off do not recommend eating in this place plus they don’t have a phone number where you could call….

I went and bought a thai tea, paid $2.91 with my card there at the mall. When I checked my purchases the following day, my card was charged an extra $10.00 for it. Never going back.
