I've been meaning to write a review for months about my local Laredo Sam's Club. I'd like to acknowledge all the friendly staff for their hard work. The day before 2023 Thanksgiving, I had difficulty locating an item a family member wanted after searching for nearly an hour. I asked for assistance from a stock worker who was juggling several task and obviously very busy. I showed Angel a photo of what I was looking for and neither he nor I had ever seen this item before. Angel asked me to give him a moment, and came back a few minutes later with the item he found on the other side of the store! I really wish I had more dates and more staff names to praise. Because, there have been numerous. My only complaint would be difficulty with staff and product in bakery always. For some reason? I still give 5 stars as not to detract from my experience with the rest of Sam's staff or product availability. I know lines can get long, but I generally use curbside or scan and go, unless I'm purchasing gift cards. Would love to eventually see purchase ability for giftcards with curbside or scan and go!

It was packed but we used the Scan & Go feature in the Sams app and it saved us hours in line. Optical has very good quality lenses.
