My burgers were not delivered like a ordered. They didn’t want to get my payment which was half cash half card. I was missing fries of one of the meals plus they were cold and hard! Trying to call and the lines are not available.

Wow I hate to do this but like 20 minutes wait, then the attendant shows up and tells me my bill but doesn't even have my food. The machines buttons weren't working so I couldn't even purchase like that. Then I only get two packet of ketchup for two burgers with fries and when I ask for extra he gives me a face and doesn't bring back anything. Genuinely I shouldn't be getting this kind of crap for 20 dollars.

I'm a disabled dude and have a sonic half a mile down my house and constantly go there , just would like to thank and appreciate all the service a,love and care from this whole crew , honestly they keep the place really clean and always are ready to help me due to my physical conditions, honestly , that all should get a raise .... Bad service on drive thru guy talked to me all annoyed and bothered plus felt rush and to top it off gave my order wrong didn’t notice till I got home plus I gave him back the same attitude back and a girl looked thru the window i guess to see what type of car idk if they don’t like the job get a new one and they took a life time to give me order and no cars in front of me don’t recommend also I order like four combos and comes w no cup holders like really dude never again

I never do this, but today I went by to order a corn dog kids meal and they asked me Tater Tots or Fries and I said fries plus I also ordered small order of mozzarella sticks and again they asked Ranch or Marinara sauce, I said marinara. I get home and there were no fries and no marinara AND the mozzarella sticks were over fried and cold. Why ask if you are not going to give me what I asked for? Very disappointing. I always go there but this time, they were bad with service.

I love the food and the place but sometimes they got some rude employees. I have had wrong order given to me, but the manager there fixed it he was nice haven't been there in a long time, i did go recently and the tots and im not a huge fan of onion ring but they are good.
