Honestly it's the wait and service. Even if you're in line and even if you order first. Your drink seem to them their last priority to make and prioritize the other ppl after you first. Doesn't make sense. They usually have 1 barista for this Starbucks as always or there's two they always talking and laughing. This was my longest wait time ever 35min. Unfortunate, I'll be taking my services out of this location elsewhere.

The cashier messed up on my order, once i had my drinks i explained this isn't what i had told her at the register & if i could get another drink made correctly. The cashier refused to make my new drink & said the next deink would be made the same way even if i ordered it without ice. HOW HARD IS IT TO NOT ADD ICE TO A BEVERAGE. Last time I will be visiting this franchise. 7 Brews is better anyways & the employees arent disrespectful. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
