The employees at this Starbucks definitely need an intensive customer service training. When you walk in, no one greets you, and when you leave, it’s the same. If I don’t say “Thank you, have a good day!” first, there’s complete silence. That really takes away from the overall experience.
But the worst part was last Friday. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes in advance to pick up inside (because the drive-thru is always extremely slow). When I arrived, only the banana bread was ready. I asked about my coffee, and they said they were running 35 minutes behind on lattes. I asked to cancel the coffee, but they said cancellations could only be done at the register. I had left my payment method in the car, and by the time I came back, they had already moved on to other customers and left me waiting on the side.
I explained the situation to one of the floor employees, but they didn’t know how to help either. I even called the store, and they still didn’t know how to cancel the order. I ended up searching online and calling Starbucks Customer Service, who thankfully was very kind and helped me solve the issue. Unfortunately, the system wouldn’t allow a refund to my card, so they had to send the money as a Gift Card.
That day, both the drive-thru and the store were packed, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of organization and customer care.
Honestly, I’m just counting down the days until the new Dutch Bros nearby is finished, because I’ll definitely be switching there for my morning coffee stop.

The employees were extremely disrespectful to me. I asked for a frappe with strawberries and they told me “We don’t have any strawberries right now” and then said “I don’t know what to tell you just leave the drive through we don’t have strawberries.” I was going to ask for the frappe with cookies and cream and she still refused to take my order.

On the app it dosent allow me to put coconut milk on my drink so I called to see if they could and when I told them if they could write “happy Father’s Day” on my drink and they were the absolute sweetest abt it and wrote a cute message on my delivery bag as well! I love this Starbucks I go often and they never disappoint! Great staff!

I placed a mobile order and waited for a long time. I was patient and waited but, everyone was leaving before me so when I asked my drink had been sitting in drive thru for a long time. I asked them to remake it. They did my Danish got cold by the time my drink was ready. As soon as I sipped my coffee it tasted horrible. It was a hazelnut shaken espresso but, it tater like pure espresso 🤮😏
Disappointed, now I remember why I changed to 7brew.😭

I’m very disappointed to put this review because I love this location but today was a different story. I ordered a Matcha drink and whenever I received my drink it it was very un mixed and bitter, so I called and requested to have the drink remade, and they agreed, but whenever I went back to the Starbucks, they gave me my drink and I was very appreciative but it was somehow worse, and it seemed that it was made to be bad on purpose. After I received my drink I was asked, “ Do you wanna try it and make sure it’s good now?” and when I said it was fine and said thank you, I was met with the window shut in my face. I mixed half of the new drink with milk and it was alright but I am very disappointed because I really do love this Starbucks location and I haven’t had any issues before, but this was unexpected. I understand that sometimes people make mistakes but this was very unexpected.

This is the worst starbucks in Laredo!!!!! The employees are always so slow, poor customer service, and they never get the orders correct! Someone pleaseeeee help this location out!! Its ridiculous how horrible they are.
