Staff was not friendly, did not greet me, and made me wait to order for much longer than should have been, which is shocking for a coffee shop.Waited 33 minutes for ONE iced beverage. Saw multiple people that ordered at the counter after me get their hot and cold beverages and leave while I still waited another 10+ minutes. Inexcusable!

Was in town for business and I ordered two gallons of coffee every day for the week. They said they it would take twenty minutes, but they managed to do it in half the time! Kudos to this team, especially Daniel! Positive vibes from that guy!

The staff is wonderful they gave me this a day before Halloween for my niece, who was fighting cancer but is now with the angels . I meant to post earlier, but thank you for everything ? and your generosity it was her favorite.
Thanksgiving day, only Drive through open, 4 employees inside. Ridiculous to be honest, I got down to ask to cancel my order (1 coffee by the way) and instead of apologizing or try to make the situation better, they just asked "under what name?" Closed the door on me and brought back a gift card for refund. Being a daily and constant customer this is worse than a slap in the face.

Never has service been so slow and just being ignored wow !!
At least 5 people working and everyone had to wait over 30 minutes for their drinks! Come one this is not a mom and pop shop. People started to ask for refunds due to the wait and staff didn't even seem to care. I will go back to Starbucks but not this location. Remember you are in the customer service business.

Amazing service, very sweet baristas and the manager is super outgoing and friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a large table that is wheelchair friendly
The Baristas need to get off their high horse, can't even ask them anything without some snotty attitude.

Here are my facts and my options listed below.FACTS:- My mobile order was received at 9:34 at that location.- I was supposed to be complete around 9:44.- I got my mobile order at 10:08. ?THINGS TO NOTE- If you have a full schedule, don't come to this location. They are very delayed in the morning.- Worker and manager(looks like a manager) having a conversation while it is packed.- They don't push out orders fast enough.- Tried to talk to the cashier(manager look a like) but was pretty much blown off. If you have enough time to talk to your workers, you have enough time to spare 5 seconds of sympathy.Side note:I had so much time sitting here waiting. I had enough time to write almost this entire comment. lol...
