My sandwich was not toasted instead it's a fresh sandwich and I left a note on the special instructions for the sandwich to be extra toasted. The store was clean though.

Says open til 2am , last time I went at 1am and two females working were making themselves a pizza when I walked in they started at me and said “ we’re already closed “ and I told them it says you close at 2 and they stayed quiet I let them know I would tell there manager about it …. They didn’t wanna work and that’s not a reason to “close whenever you feel like it …

I've been trying to get in touch with the manager of the Subway on Zapatia Highway, but the employees keep telling me that she's not around and that she just shows up randomly. Can I please receive a call from Subway's corporate headquarters? This is a very important matter, and if it's not addressed, I'll have to look into potential legal actions.

I usually go to subway on my lunch break and the food is good. It just the manager has an attitude. Everythime I go I have to convince myself to give them another chance. The first incident that occurred was that the manager stated I had to do a review and give them a 5 star to use my coupon. I really did not have time for this and I honestly did not have to do it for them to scan the paper coupon. The second incident that happened was that I was on break yet again and I had to use their restroom, so the staff not to sure exactly who it was but I knew it was staff because of the door right next to the restroom it where they come out and i herd it open. And they started yanking the door handle to the restroom. It was locked so I figured they knew someone was in there. Then not even 2 minutes later they come back out and open the door with the key. I was so upset at the actions of this place. I yelled it was busy. They lost a customer for life.
