Got to the restaurant and employees where outside smoking. I'm ok with it but have hygiene wash your hands before serving the customer walked up waited for the lady to wash her hands and she decided not to and proceeded to get her gloves and wanting to serve us so I said nevermind and walked out. Show your employees trainings on how to wash hands before taking any orders. It's food restaurant where she has to grab the food to serve. Nasty 🤢

As for the employees in 2025, they’re rude as hell. You can’t even ask a simple question because they’ll look at you like an idiot. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES!! Horrible customer service. Honestly so sick of paying a lot of money for practically nothing on my sandwich. I asked for lettuce and guy literally sprinkled it on and gave me 3 tomatoes and 5 pieces of bell peppers. Not worth the price at all.

Today i went with my husband to get dinner, we arrived 40 min before closing time, i understand you want to go home already, however I disagree on a bad customer service, we arrived and the young man getting our order looked that HE WAS READY TO LEAVE, I asked for my order then idk if he heard me or not but went to the back and got on his phone, then proceeded to come out and scratched his head with the same gloves he was serving the food.. got my sandwich placed on the toaster and went back to his phone, WITH the gloves ... and well, proceed to make the sandwiches, I'm so sorry you had a long day... we just wanted a meal after a long day of work too...

When I came inside the subway it smelled so bad and the floors where so dirty and the tables where are dirty and the chips where all messed up like some crack head came in and destroyed everything tbh I totally don’t recommend this place 0 stars
