Employees don't pick up the phone the bread was cold hard didn't follow correct portion sizes they charge for napkins $1 and extremely rude they don't cut the subs chips where open had no air coaches under tables dirty equipment employees not using gloves after charging and making new subs the cucumber was moldy tomato was soggy stay away from this location

Literally the worst subway in Laredo. I went around 11 AM and the door was closed. So I went to the gas station and saw the "manager" and I asked if it was open she rudely responded "ahorita mam". I left! This restaurant never fails to be very bad at providing servce. They're rude, make sandwiches horrible (very stingy with veggies.) Never going back.
